San Francisco, July 24, 2026 — Artificial intelligence startup NexaFlow has raised $15 million in Series A funding to accelerate the development of its enterprise automation platform and expand into new international markets.
The funding round was led by Horizon Ventures, with participation from existing investors Spark Capital and Elevate Partners. The fresh capital will be used to enhance the company’s AI capabilities, grow its engineering team, and strengthen customer support operations across North America and Europe.
Founded in 2024 by former software engineers Sarah Chen and Michael Ross, NexaFlow develops AI-powered workflow automation tools that help businesses streamline repetitive tasks, improve productivity, and reduce operational costs. The company currently serves more than 300 enterprise customers across the finance, healthcare, and retail sectors.
“This investment marks a significant milestone for our company,” said Sarah Chen, CEO and co-founder of NexaFlow. “Businesses are looking for intelligent solutions that simplify complex workflows, and this funding allows us to innovate faster while expanding our global reach.”
According to the company, revenue has grown by more than 250% over the past year, driven by increasing demand for AI-based automation solutions. NexaFlow also plans to launch several new features, including predictive analytics and industry-specific AI assistants, later this year.
Lead investor Horizon Ventures expressed confidence in the startup’s long-term potential. “NexaFlow is addressing a growing need for intelligent business automation,” said a spokesperson for the investment firm. “Its strong leadership team, rapid customer growth, and scalable technology make it well-positioned for future success.”
The latest funding brings NexaFlow’s total capital raised to $21 million since its launch. Industry analysts say the investment reflects continued investor confidence in AI startups that deliver measurable business value despite a competitive technology market.
With the new funding secured, NexaFlow aims to double its workforce over the next 12 months and continue expanding its product offerings to meet growing enterprise demand.
